Sheffield United v Luton preview: Is this the day a change is gonna come?
Friday Oct 04, 2024
Friday Oct 04, 2024
The Town head to Bramall Lane on Saturday afternoon looking for a third straight win at the Yorkshire venue against the one remaining unbeaten side in the Championship.
Kev is once again joined by The Lutonian journalist James Cunliffe to look ahead to what can only be described as a daunting trip despite the recent record there.
The boys give credit to the Blades’ start to the season and pick out some obvious threats to watch out for in the home ranks and highlight statistics that paint them in a positive light.
The attention then turns to The Hatters and whether this is the day the formation is changed and if so how it could be utilised.
The lads then discuss a couple of key players who could return from injury and be useful for the game if they are available and also a couple of Town men they would like to see in key areas.
The podcast ends with the score predictions. Do either of the chaps dare predict an away win!?

A good point or two points dropped? Or both!?
Kev is joined by The Lutonian journalist James Cunliffe to reflect on the 2-2 draw with Oxford United at Kenilworth Road on Tuesday evening.
Listen to the boys dissect the 90 minutes picking out the key moments from the almost sublime to the ridiculous to the downright stupid on a night when the eroded confidence of the Town players was there for all to see.
The lads pick out a couple of performers who were positives on an otherwise disappointing night before rounding off with a look at the bigger picture and the simple statement that suggests why some calls for Rob Edwards to get sacked are hugely premature.

Kev is joined by The Lutonian journalist James Cunliffe to preview the trip beginning with the hosts and their start to the season, which has been indifferent and one where the statistics tell the story.

The boys then look at ways in which Luton can hurt their opponents before they give their score predictions for the match. Do either or both predict a third win in a row?
