The Town made progress in one competition but paid the penalty in another in a rollercoaster week of cup action for the Hatters.
Kev is joined by The Lutonian journalist James Cunliffe to look at the good and the bad of the cup ties as well as preview the upcoming return to league action at Leyton Orient.
The boys pick out the highlights of the cup games and the negatives of both matches, going through the players who enhanced their reputation and those who probably didn’t shine as much as they would have wanted.
The attention then turns to the Orient game against a wounded opponent. Are they more dangerous than their league position suggests? The lads go through a potential big selection call for Jack Wilshere ahead of the game and run through who else might make the team for the clash.

It is a break from league action for the Town on Saturday as the Hatters embark on a long trip to Highbury Stadium to take on League Two side Fleetwood Town in the FA Cup second round.
Kev is joined again by The Lutonian journalist James Cunliffe and The Class lead singer Callum Lee to look ahead to the cup tie.
The boys briefly touch on the Town’s opponents Fleetwood and their record this season as well as a couple of key players to watch.
They then turn the attention to the Hatters and who may or may not be in the starting XI named by Jack Wilshere for the cup tie. Will the former Arsenal man name a full strength side or will he have an eye on the league game at Leyton Orient?

The Town finished a busy bounce back week with a frustrating at times but encouraging 1-1 draw with Bolton Wanderers at Kenilworth Road on Saturday afternoon.
Kev is joined as ever by The Lutonian journalist James Cunliffe and Callum Lee, the lead singer of Luton band The Class join the boys to look back on an entertaining 90 minutes of football.
The boys dissect the game, beginning with the passive first period before concentrating more on the much improved second half of the game, picking out the key moments and best performers as the Town came from behind to earn points for the first time this season.
The lads then go through some of the talking points from the game which have had fans talking since the final whistle before looking ahead of the Vertu Trophy tie with Exeter on Tuesday night.
